CMH Piston maintenance block 4X1 SRAM Guide ORANGE

Maintenance block to expose the caliper pistons for cleaning.

This is a block similar to the bleed block, but with one side stepped, so that when you "pump" the brake lever, the piston is allowed out but is stopped before it exits the caliper.

1. Install the maintenance block and pump the brake lever until the piston makes contact with the block.
2. You can remove the block and clean the piston.
3. SRAM advises not to apply any lube or grease to the pistons as this could cause them to stick. "Expose" the pistons and push them back 4 to 6 times.
4. Oush back the  piston using the appropriate CMH tool.
5. Reinstall the block the other way round and repeat the process with the other piston. 

Compatible with Sram Guide/G2 4 pistons calipers.
